Deliveries in the Eagle River, WI area are not available for online booking. They depend on availability and can only be arranged by contacting the Toy Shop directly. Please note that if you make an online reservation, you will not have the option to change to delivery.

About:

Although not legal on the ATV/UTV trail system, our gas-powered Yamaha golf carts seat 1-4 people, with a flip style seat in the back, and are frequently rented for lighter duty needs. This includes anything you need for your private festivities including transporting guests at a wedding or even getting your gear to your favorite fishing spot.

Additional Information:

• Must be 21 years of age or older to rent, or operate.
• NOT ALLOWED on public trails. Private property use only!
• NEW THIS YEAR: Each renter is required to present a valid driver’s license and a credit card in their name at the time of pickup. A $500 deposit will be held on the credit card at check-in. If only a debit card is available, a $1000 damage deposit will be held. These deposits will be automatically released 72 hours after return of the machine.
• All rentals come on a trailer for you to transport to your location. A vehicle equipped for towing, featuring a 2-inch ball, is necessary for transport.

Cancellations:

• If booking online, you will be charged the entire amount of your reservation + a convenience fee up front. In the event of cancellation, $50 per item is non-refundable along with the reservation convenience fees. The remaining balance will be refunded to the card you used to book with.
• A $50 non-refundable deposit per item is also necessary for direct bookings through The Toy Shop staff, but the remaining balance is not charged until check-in.
• All deposits are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE, regardless of cancellation timing.
• Reservations during holiday periods (May 23-27, July 1-5, & August 28-Sept 2) must be paid in full and are NON-CANCELLABLE. No exceptions will be made for holiday reservations.
• Cancellations must be communicated directly with a Toy Shop staff member.
• Cancellations via email, voicemail, or text will not be accepted.
• Cancellations must occur at least 72 hours before the rental date to avoid forfeiting the entire rental cost.
• Failure to cancel within the specified timeframe will result in the loss of the full rental amount.
